Fuse is a 6-month personalized 1:1 coaching program designed to accelerate your integration and build the foundations of the long-term impact you were hired to deliver.
With Fuse, you will:
- Master the political landscape and unwritten rules
- Build critical relationships and trust with key stakeholders
- Identify strategic priorities and secure early wins
- Establish your authentic leadership presence within the organizational culture
- Create sustainable systems and habits for long-term influence
- Avoid the costly missteps that derail 40% of executives in their first 18 months
Format
- 14 bimonthly individual coaching sessions, 60 to 90 minutes
- Virtual and/ or in-person depending on your location
- 360 with 3 to 5 key stakeholders, mid-point and at program close
- Strengths assessment and debrief (Gallup, Hogan or company in-house leadership capability model)
