With Fuse, you will:

  • Build trust and alignment fast with your team, peers, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand strategic priorities and align your vision and goals to tackle what matters most.
  • Show up as you, align your style to the new mandate without losing yourself in the process.
  • Find your rhythm and build the habits that will carry you well beyond the first 180 days.
  • Avoid costly missteps or mistakes that may lead to an early exit.

Format 

  • 14 bimonthly individual coaching sessions, 60 to 90 minutes
  • Virtual and/ or in-person depending on your location
  • 360 with 3 to 5 key stakeholders, mid-point and at program close
  • Strengths assessment and debrief (Gallup, Hogan or company in-house leadership capability model)
